So the evening was started with a game called toxic....... not sure about it myself but the scouts love it :)
Then we put into practice the various knots that we had learnt before half term.... well I must be honest they all surprised me how much they remembered and had taken in
the aim of this evening was to end up as a patrol with a camp gadget (on a slightly smaller scale than would be used on a camp
Square knots, and clove hitches were the main knots that we used and I am sure that you will agree the results were great.
The end of the evening we invited the parents in to see what the scouts had been doing and they were pleasantly surprised too.
Scout of the month was also announced this was Lily (we did it on the night as we are cooking outside next week and may not have time) however patrol of the month will be announced next week
